- • Develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules for utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high-voltage substation projects using Primavera P6 software.
- • Analyze project documents, design drawings, contracts, and exhibits to establish accurate baseline schedules aligned with project requirements.
- • Perform quantity take-offs to determine realistic activity durations and maintain supporting documentation including Excel trackers, weather data, and PPA agreements.
- • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, project management, and field teams to gather input and ensure schedule accuracy and buy-in from stakeholders.
- • Consult with owners and third-party consultants to validate schedule logic and incorporate feedback for improved reliability.
- • Apply Critical Path Method (CPM) best practices to ensure sound schedule logic and realistic durations across all project activities.
- • Update project schedules at least twice monthly to reflect actual progress, identify deviations from the critical path, and recommend corrective actions.
- • Communicate schedule updates and reports to project teams and senior schedulers via Microsoft Teams and SharePoint folders.
- • Maintain the company’s official delay log, documenting all delays from business development through project completion with detailed cause and impact analysis.
- • Record and analyze weather-related delays in P6 schedules and compare against NOAA normal weather data on a monthly basis.
- • Conduct schedule analysis for what-if scenarios, change orders, and claims to support project decision-making and claims management.
- • Train field personnel, project engineers (PEs), and assistant project managers (APMs) on scheduling procedures to enhance their proficiency and ownership of project schedules.
- • Conduct regular site visits to jobsites within the assigned region to gather field data, validate schedule assumptions, and support on-ground coordination.
- • Prepare "as-built" schedules that accurately reflect actual project conditions, activity dates, and execution timelines.
- • Maintain the company’s P6 database with standardized activity codes, proper file organization, accurate status comments, and complete P6 notebooks.
- • Support reporting initiatives while preserving the integrity of the core schedule structure and activity coding standards.
- • Assist senior schedulers with additional initiatives, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned to support portfolio-wide scheduling efficiency.
- • Travel to construction jobsites across the U.S. as required to perform field duties and coordinate with on-site teams.
- • Work remotely with occasional travel to regional job sites; specific travel expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
