- • Embark on a crucial role as a Project Coordinator within our dynamic Telecommunications Group, a division with over 40 years of pioneering communication infrastructure development. This position is specifically designed for recent graduates looking to make a significant impact on the flawless execution of team initiatives across the United States.
- • You will be instrumental in managing, processing, and meticulously reviewing all financial project activities, ensuring strict adherence to procurement policies and accurate data reconciliation within our financial reporting system.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to develop and administer comprehensive project plans, detailed reports, and realistic schedules, laying the groundwork for successful project outcomes.
- • Take ownership of data entry, thorough review, and processing of all project forms and critical deliverable documents, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of project documentation.
- • Proactively maintain and update project trackers and third-party tracking databases, ensuring real-time visibility and accurate project status reporting.
- • Actively participate in data collection, validation, and the ongoing maintenance and updates required for various internal and third-party systems, contributing to data accuracy and system efficiency.
- • Manage and process project invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients and stakeholders.
- • Serve as a key liaison between National Project Accountants and the Procurement department, facilitating smooth communication and efficient workflow between these vital functions.
- • Attend and actively participate in internal and external client calls, providing administrative support and preparation as needed to ensure productive meetings.
- • Act as a primary point of contact for project-related communications, effectively conveying project status updates and key information to the project team and stakeholders.
- • Analyze project data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement, translating these insights into actionable items for team members.
- • Prepare comprehensive project reports, delivering them to project staff in a clear and timely manner to support informed decision-making.
- • Partner with the Accounting, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies, contributing to the overall operational excellence of the department.
- • Undertake other duties and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to a wide range of organizational needs.
