📋 Description

• • The Project Lead will provide overall strategic and programmatic leadership for the Care Coordination Model (CCM) in Odisha, driving end-to-end execution of a digital health initiative aligned with Viksit Odisha 2036 and Viksit Bharat 2047 to strengthen state-level health systems and ensure quality, affordable healthcare and nutrition for all.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting strategic initiatives and thought leadership for digital health, engaging with State/District officials and the National Health Authority to align project goals with state health priorities, overseeing end-to-end implementation across all phases and workstreams, monitoring program progress and milestones, leading identification and engagement of technology partners and ecosystem stakeholders, mentoring cross-functional teams across state and district levels, and providing technical assistance to the Government of Odisha for infrastructure readiness and change management.
