📋 Description
- • Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget requirements for multiple concurrent initiatives.
- • Create, maintain, and update core project documentation including charters, schedules, risk and issue logs, budgets, and communication plans.
- • Manage competing priorities and optimize utilization of internal and external resources across matrixed teams.
- • Facilitate consistent and effective communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, sponsors, and vendors to ensure clarity and alignment.
- • Enforce project governance protocols including change control processes, escalation procedures, and adherence to PMO standards.
- • Provide regular reporting and executive summaries to leadership with clear metrics on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- • Drive continuous improvement of PMO tools, standards, workflows, and documentation practices across the organization.
- • Coordinate and integrate cross-functional workstreams to ensure seamless delivery of project outcomes.
- • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and ensure business readiness prior to deployment of project deliverables.
- • Maintain and update PMO systems including project intake forms, dashboards, and performance reports.
- • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
- • Stay current with industry best practices in project management and apply relevant methodologies to enhance project delivery.
- • Support the delivery of high-quality project outcomes that directly contribute to organizational goals and stakeholder satisfaction.
- • Manage vendor relationships and external resource commitments to meet project deliverables on time and within budget.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and resolutions across all levels of the organization.
- • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues with proactive mitigation strategies and documented action plans.
- • Apply strong organizational skills to manage complex timelines, multiple deliverables, and shifting priorities without compromise to quality.
- • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Visio to develop project artifacts, visual workflows, and reporting dashboards.
- • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and inclusion through transparent communication and team engagement.
