- • Project Manager role responsible for managing multiple medium to large complexity projects or a large project function end to end, ensuring successful outcomes through leadership, coordination, and adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating project initiation documents, managing risks and issues, delivering projects within agreed parameters, facilitating communication plans and workshops, tracking budgets and resources, and contributing to process improvements and mentorship of other project managers.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of combined experience in project management, business analysis, or technical program coordination in an Agile software development environment
- • Demonstrated experience managing small to medium projects and/or project functions, including schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication
- • Working knowledge of resource forecasting, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery reporting
- • Strong communication and influence skills with ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams
- • Experience using agile project management practices in a cross-functional delivery environment
- • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe practices such as PI planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery
