📋 Description

• • Leads and coordinates professional services for existing and new client base, driving successful execution and completion of projects using agile and iterative methodologies.
• • Manages scope, cost, schedule, customer expectations, internal staffing, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables; prepares reports for upper management and customers on project status.
• • Works with Aptify by Momentive, a membership management system for large associations and unions, supporting data-driven decision-making and business objectives.
