  • • Own the full project lifecycle for both customer-facing and internal initiatives across Canada, ensuring every deliverable lands on time, on budget, and at the quality bar our OEM and dealer partners expect.
  • • Build and nurture high-trust relationships with stakeholders in Montreal, across North America, and around the globe—translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable plans that keep remote teams aligned and motivated.
  • • Scope, size, and sequence every project with surgical precision: analyse impact, lock down resources, secure customer sign-off, and maintain a living roadmap that flexes when market or regulatory conditions shift.
  • • Orchestrate cross-functional squads of consultants, developers, data specialists, and business analysts—assigning tasks, removing blockers, and celebrating wins so that every contributor feels ownership and pride in the outcome.
  • • Drive weekly steering committees and daily stand-ups in both English and French, distilling status, risks, and next steps into concise updates that resonate with C-suite sponsors, technical leads, and frontline users alike.
  • • Monitor real-time KPIs—schedule variance, cost burn, scope creep, and customer satisfaction—then course-correct proactively before minor slips become major misses.
  • • Champion a culture of continuous improvement: capture lessons learned, update playbooks, and feed insights back into the Professional Services PMO so that every subsequent project starts from a higher baseline.
  • • Serve as the customer’s most trusted advisor, translating their strategic goals into phased delivery plans, managing expectations when priorities collide, and ensuring that every release unlocks measurable business value.
  • • Escalate risks and issues with data-backed recommendations, partnering with senior leadership to secure additional budget, scope concessions, or resource reinforcements when the path to green is threatened.
  • • Close projects cleanly: validate acceptance criteria, trigger revenue recognition, transition support to Customer Success, and host a retrospective that leaves the team energized for the next challenge.
  • • Leverage Keyloop’s open technology platform—connecting DMS, CRM, OEM systems, and third-party fintech tools—to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences that help dealers sell more cars, more profitably.
  • • Stay fluent in automotive retail trends, compliance requirements, and emerging tech so that you can anticipate customer needs and position Keyloop as the innovation partner of choice.
  • • Mentor junior project coordinators and analysts, sharing best practices in Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models while fostering an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives drive better outcomes.
  • • Contribute to pre-sales pursuits by providing realistic timelines, risk assessments, and resource models that help the Commercial team craft winning proposals without over-promising.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Must be fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) to serve our bilingual Canadian customer base and global stakeholders
  • • Proven track record of delivering complex technology or software implementation projects on time and within budget in an automotive, SaaS, or consulting environment
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with distributed, remote teams while maintaining clear communication and stakeholder alignment
  • • Strong working knowledge of formal project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid) with the ability to tailor approaches to customer maturity and project complexity
  • • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, enabling you to build trust quickly with both technical specialists and senior business executives
