- • We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally-minded Project Manager with a strong foundation in Account Management to join a dynamic, high-growth international Marketing and PR Agency. This pivotal role is designed for a unique hybrid professional who can seamlessly blend the strategic client-facing skills of an Account Manager with the rigorous execution and delivery capabilities of a Project Manager. You will be the central nervous system of the agency, ensuring that complex, high-stakes communication and branding projects for a global clientele are delivered flawlessly, on time, and within budget, while simultaneously nurturing and managing elite client expectations.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to act as the crucial bridge between client aspirations and team execution. You will translate ambitious client visions into concrete, actionable project roadmaps, ensuring that the agency's creative, content, and media teams are aligned and working efficiently towards shared goals. This involves a deep understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from initial brief and strategic planning through to final delivery and post-campaign analysis.
- • You will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end execution of a diverse range of projects, including sophisticated PR campaigns, cutting-edge digital marketing initiatives, and impactful branding strategies. Proficiency in industry-standard project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Jira will be essential for tracking progress, managing tasks, and ensuring accountability across all project phases.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves direct client relationship management. You will serve as a senior point of contact for international clients, building strong, trust-based relationships. This requires not only excellent communication skills but also a keen business acumen to understand their strategic objectives and how our agency's services can best achieve them. You will be adept at managing expectations, especially during high-pressure campaign launches, providing clear, transparent, and proactive reporting on project status, potential risks, and overall health.
- • Effective resource allocation and coordination will be key to your success. You will work closely with internal departments – creative, content, and media specialists – to ensure optimal workload distribution, prevent burnout, and guarantee that project milestones are met without compromising quality. This requires a collaborative approach and the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
