You will diagnose where margin is haemorrhaging on live projects, design a Shape adoption plan that locks in every pound of recoverable profit, and coach site and commercial teams until the new process becomes second nature.
• • Run high-impact workshops and executive briefings that turn sceptical Project Directors into Shape evangelists. Using real project data you will demonstrate how a 30-second mobile entry can become the bullet-proof record that wins a six-figure claim six months later.
• • Act as the commercial conscience inside Shape’s product team. You will translate daily field frustrations into roadmap features, ensuring the platform evolves faster than the tricks subcontractors use to bury changes. Your voice will decide what gets built next.
• • Curate and share a living library of best-practice playbooks, templates and war stories that lift the entire industry. Whether it’s a cladding fire claim or a piling variation, you will show customers how peers have already solved the same problem with Shape.
• • Build a network of reference sites and case studies that accelerate our growth across the UK and beyond. Your success stories will become the proof that convinces the next major contractor to ditch spreadsheets and WhatsApp for good.
• • Mentor junior team members and new joiners, passing on the commercial battle scars that only come from years on site. Your coaching will multiply your impact and create the next generation of construction SaaS leaders.
