📋 Description

• • As a Project Manager on the Targetry Team at Focused Energy, you will play a critical role in advancing the company’s mission to generate unlimited clean energy through laser-induced inertial fusion by enabling the production, performance, and precision of Deuterium-Tritium fuel pellets.
• • You will design and refine lightweight project management processes, break down complex technical goals into actionable tasks, track progress, maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration between physics, engineering, operations, and external partners.
• • You will join a mission-driven fusion energy startup founded by renowned scientists and a serial entrepreneur, working within a fast-growing, innovative organization committed to scalable and secure clean energy solutions.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in Agile methodologies, technical project coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication while gaining hands-on experience in high-tech R&D and complex hardware systems within a cutting-edge scientific environment.
