  • • As a Senior Project Manager on the Operations & Transformation team at Motiv Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic execution across our Customer Implementation and Professional Installation Services organizations. This is a high-impact, remote position based in Pakistan, offering the opportunity to lead complex, cross-functional projects that directly shape how we deliver value to our customers and optimize our operational efficiency.
  • • You will be instrumental in translating high-level strategy into tangible execution, managing initiatives that span critical areas such as process optimization, policy refinement, data integrity, and technology integration. Your work will directly influence the scalability, profitability, and overall effectiveness of our customer-facing operations.
  • • The core of your responsibility will involve managing a diverse portfolio of projects aimed at enhancing our processes for scoping, scheduling, dispatching, and executing professional installations and customer implementations. Success in this role means not only improving operational metrics but also elevating the experience for both our installers and our customers.
  • • This role demands a seasoned professional who can operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels. You will be expected to frame complex problems, meticulously define success metrics, establish robust governance structures and operating rhythms, and ultimately drive projects to achieve measurable, impactful results.
  • • You will own and lead a portfolio of mid- to large-scale, cross-functional projects from their initial discovery phase through deployment and post-launch performance measurement. This end-to-end ownership ensures that projects are not only initiated but also successfully integrated and their impact is quantified.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be the development and meticulous maintenance of essential project artifacts. This includes creating and managing project charters, detailed project plans, action item logs, comprehensive risk and mitigation plans, RACI matrices, and regular weekly status updates to ensure all stakeholders remain informed, aligned, and accountable for their contributions.
  • • You will be responsible for clearly defining project scope, objectives, key deliverables, critical path dependencies, and measurable success metrics. This will be done in close collaboration with business stakeholders and functional leaders to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • • Proactive management of timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent projects is crucial. You will need to anticipate and address potential variances, ensuring that all initiatives remain on schedule and within budgetary constraints.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve close partnership with leaders within the Implementation and Professional Installation teams. You will work to deeply understand their operational pain points, collaboratively define future-state processes, and prioritize initiatives that are most critical for driving scalability, enhancing quality, and improving profitability.
  • • You will drive end-to-end readiness for new or enhanced services and workflows by orchestrating collaboration across a wide array of departments, including Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Order Management, Customer Support, Finance, Customer Success, and IT. This cross-functional coordination is vital for seamless launches and adoption.
  • • Facilitating effective decision-making will be a core competency, achieved through structured governance processes, clear and actionable mitigation planning, a commitment to data-based decision-making, and the delivery of concise, executive-ready updates that highlight key insights and recommendations.
  • • You will be tasked with identifying, actively managing, and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies that span across different teams and systems. This requires ensuring clear ownership, defined due dates, and effective resolution paths for all identified challenges.
  • • Implementing and refining project management frameworks that are appropriate for each specific initiative will be essential. You will ensure the consistent application of best practices across all projects to maintain a high standard of delivery.
  • • Leading change management efforts for Implementation and Installation programs is a critical component. This includes conducting thorough impact assessments, developing compelling ROI analyses and business justifications, crafting effective communication plans, designing training and enablement programs, and diligently tracking adoption rates.
  • • You will ensure that all supporting project documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and playbooks are comprehensive, kept up-to-date, and are easily accessible and consumable by the operational teams who rely on them.
  • • Leveraging tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and other Business Intelligence/reporting platforms will be key to analyzing problems, establishing performance baselines, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and tracking the realization of benefits. This includes metrics like installation cycle time, first-time-right rates, technician utilization, and margin improvement.
  • • Providing clear, data-backed status and performance reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership is paramount. These reports should highlight progress, identify risks, and propose actionable recommendations.
  • • Conducting thorough project retrospectives and using the insights gained to continuously improve our project intake, prioritization, planning, and execution standards across the entire Services organization will drive ongoing operational excellence.
  • • As a leader, you will model best-in-class project management practices and actively mentor other Project Managers and project leads. This mentorship will focus on methodology, communication strategies, stakeholder management, and risk management techniques.
  • • You will contribute to the ongoing evolution of our Operations & Transformation standards, templates, tooling, and training programs, aiming to elevate delivery quality and consistency across the entire project portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of professional experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
  • • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using tools like Salesforce, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
  • • Strong understanding of operational processes, particularly within customer implementation, professional services, or field operations environments.
  • • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
