Our company is dedicated to engineering and designing solutions that improve the world, fostering a people-centric environment where creativity and professional growth are paramount. We pride ourselves on being responsive, transparent, and results-oriented, building a culture that allows both our people and our business to thrive, ultimately creating a lasting impact on the communities we serve. This role offers the exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative professional environment that has earned multiple “Best Places to Work” awards, where you will be empowered to set trends, navigate diverse challenges, and be rewarded for your ambition.
- • As a Project Manager on our Industrial Facilities Engineering and Design team, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the successful completion of complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to delivery. You will be deeply involved in the entire project life cycle, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within the established scope, and according to budget. This involves assembling and leading high-performing project teams, meticulously assigning responsibilities to ensure that technical skills, capabilities, and expertise are perfectly aligned with project objectives. A significant part of your role will include managing complex contract negotiations, acting as the central point of communication for all project stakeholders. You will serve as the primary liaison, clearly and effectively communicating project scope, schedule, and budget to the project team, clients, and contractors, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. Developing comprehensive project proposals and detailed budgets will be a key task, alongside diligently reviewing costs and meticulously tracking adherence to the planned budget throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing any change requests that arise, proactively executing robust risk management techniques, and implementing strategic plans to minimize any potential negative financial impact on the project. To maintain project momentum and ensure clarity, you will organize and conduct routine project meetings, ensuring that expectations are clearly set and performance is consistently monitored and addressed. A crucial aspect of your role will be coordinating detailed reviews of all technical work, guaranteeing that the highest standards of quality are maintained in every deliverable. You will also be responsible for meticulously documenting all project deliverables and maintaining comprehensive records, including all correspondence, design plans, and other essential project-related files, ensuring a clear and accessible project history. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in mentoring junior staff within the team, imparting your knowledge of project management best practices and fostering their professional development. Ensuring that all safety procedures are strictly followed will be paramount to creating and maintaining a safe and productive work environment for the entire team.
