- • Sand Cherry Associates is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager specializing in Integration to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is instrumental in managing complex cable product technology integrations within a large enterprise environment. You will be at the forefront of ensuring the successful, tactical execution, meticulous planning, and seamless coordination of multiple deliverables on a daily basis. This position demands a proactive approach to analysis and reporting, coupled with the ability to foster strong collaborations across a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders, including critical finance/accounting and business teams.
- • As a Project Manager for Integration, your primary responsibility will be to expertly manage product technology integration activities across various functions, acting on behalf of the PMO or the broader organization. This involves developing comprehensive project plans for each distinct workstream, alongside the creation and delivery of insightful weekly and monthly status reports that keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
- • You will be deeply involved in hands-on project management throughout the entire program lifecycle for all work streams. This includes meticulously documenting project deliverables in accordance with established methodologies such as PMI and PMP, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.
- • A key aspect of this role is the ability to plan and vigilantly monitor the progress of complex programs and multiple concurrent work streams. You will be responsible for integrating essential business policies and governance processes into the planning phases and ensuring accountability for project roadmaps, thereby aligning project execution with strategic business objectives.
- • Proactive risk management is paramount. You will establish robust risk management frameworks, define clear escalation paths, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure projects remain on track and within scope. This includes developing and managing project budgets, tracking actual expenditures, and forecasting future financial needs for the merger integration program.
- • You will be expected to schedule, facilitate, and lead critical project meetings, ensuring productive discussions and clear action items. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and managing stakeholder communications across all organizational levels, tailoring messages to ensure clarity, engagement, and buy-in.
- • Identifying and reporting on key program performance indicators (KPIs) is crucial for assessing the impact and success of integration efforts. You will coordinate, manage, and monitor the workflow of cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and resource utilization.
- • Quality assurance is a non-negotiable component of this role. You will provide and perform rigorous quality assurance checks on all project artifacts and deliverables, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and completeness.
- • Ultimately, you will own the overall integrated project plan, providing essential support to cross-functional resources.
