📋 Description

• • As a Project Manager, Learning and Development (Remote) at Amplity, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact learning and development initiatives for biopharma clients, ensuring projects are executed with precision, on time, and within budget while supporting the company’s mission to improve patient outcomes through executional excellence.
• • Day to day, you will manage a diverse portfolio of global multi-client L&D projects, including eLearning products and training events; create and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines; lead kick-off calls and stakeholder communications; collaborate with content, design, development, and business development teams; monitor financials and resource allocation; proactively manage risks and contingencies; and ensure all deliverables meet exceptional quality standards and align with statements of work.
