- • Lead the Head Start National Customer Service Improvement Project (CSIP), a large multi-year federal contract supporting Head Start and Early Head Start programs nationwide, ensuring high-quality execution of program and data management services for the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and Office of Head Start (OHS).
- • Oversee day-to-day project management, including implementation of project management, quality control, communications, and staffing plans; monitor performance against metrics; address risks; and ensure timely, compliant delivery of all milestones, reports, and deliverables.
- • Serve as the primary liaison with government stakeholders, coordinating communications and project activities; plan and facilitate status meetings, performance reviews, and briefings; and ensure clear documentation of decisions, actions, and outcomes.
- • Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team comprising program support, grants management, data management, and analytics staff; support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management; foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement; oversee project budgets and staffing utilization; review financial reports; and support cost control and forecasting.
- • Promote consistent practices and knowledge sharing across teams; support process improvement initiatives using data-informed insights; coordinate travel planning per federal requirements; and contribute to ICF’s mission of solving complex challenges through expertise and technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, public administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- • 10+ years of progressively responsible project or program management experience.
- • 5+ years of experience supporting HHS, ACF, or Office of Head Start programs.
- • 5+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- • US government-issued security clearance required (initiated upon hire).
