- • Lead and deliver a portfolio of global Remote Research Clinicians (RRC) projects with full accountability for quality, timelines, and outcomes
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, clinical sites, and remote clinicians, building trusted and effective working relationships
- • Manage end-to-end project finances including budget development, forecasting (EAC), invoicing, scope alignment, and change control
- • Develop and maintain key project documentation such as project plans, trackers, presentations, and stakeholder communications
- • Identify, proactively manage, and resolve project risks, issues, and quality concerns by implementing corrective and preventive actions
- • Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and supporting professional development of Regional Specialists and other team members
- • Track, analyze, and report project metrics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- • Identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes, accelerate timelines, and implement best practices across RRC projects
- • Act as a change advocate by supporting corporate initiatives and driving continuous improvement in clinical trial delivery models
- • Ensure all projects comply with ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory requirements for clinical research
- • Coordinate visit activities through delegation to Regional Specialists while maintaining oversight of clinical operations
- • Maintain direct experience and understanding of remote clinical visits conducted by RNs, RDs, phlebotomists, and other decentralized trial clinicians
- • Operate with a high degree of independence while ensuring seamless alignment across internal teams and external partners
- • Deliver an exceptional experience for sponsors, clinical sites, clinicians, and patients through consistent, high-quality project execution
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- • At least 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research, including 2+ years in a Project Manager role
- • Experience with remote visits and clinicians and/or decentralized trials (e.g., RN, RD, phlebotomist) is a must
- • Hands-on experience working directly with clinical research sites
- • Solid understanding of clinical trial conduct, including ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory requirements
- • Based in the UK
