- • Serve as the primary point of contact for utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high-voltage substation projects, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations including PPAs, LGIAs, and land leases.
- • Oversee the onboarding process for newly acquired PV power plants, coordinating all operational, financial, and compliance aspects from transition to full operational status.
- • Manage subcontractors and vendors by negotiating cost-effective agreements, monitoring performance, and enforcing adherence to scope, schedule, and contract terms.
- • Lead the monthly accrual of project costs and revenues, ensuring accurate financial reporting and proper coding of all expenditures and AP invoices.
- • Direct the end-to-end owner invoicing process, guaranteeing timely, accurate submissions prior to contractual deadlines to maintain cash flow and revenue recognition.
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all significant project events including change orders, safety incidents, and operational deviations.
- • Supervise and train project team members in alignment with company policies, fostering leadership, accountability, and operational excellence.
- • Analyze industry best practices for operations and maintenance (O&M) and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and availability.
- • Monitor and manage DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) to ensure financial compliance and timely collections across all projects.
- • Collaborate with SOLV Field teams to maximize plant production, meet contractual performance metrics, and increase service fees.
- • Interface regularly with project owners and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication, high customer satisfaction, and transparent reporting.
- • Conduct root cause analyses for systemic plant performance issues in coordination with external technical resources.
- • Prioritize daily tasks for Service teams, delegate responsibilities effectively, and drive team goals through strong leadership and collaboration.
- • Act as the Project Management team executive for multiple projects across North America, providing strategic direction and operational oversight.
- • Contribute to portfolio planning, project valuation, and transaction strategies by providing data-driven insights and operational feasibility assessments.
- • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal Directors across engineering, finance, and construction disciplines to align project execution with organizational goals.
- • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through structured problem-solving and decision-making.
- • Ensure all contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations are met for each power plant under management, including adherence to local ordinances and industry standards.
- • Maintain quality control standards for all completed work, ensuring integrity and excellence in project delivery.
- • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or equivalent
- • Degree in Business Management preferred
- • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with data analysis, modeling, and reporting experience
- • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while independently analyzing, troubleshooting, and prioritizing problems
