- • CACI is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team supporting the Maritime Industrial Base Support Program. This pivotal role involves comprehensive oversight of all project facets, from initial planning and meticulous coordination to the adept resolution of technical challenges and the provision of essential operational guidance. You will be instrumental in steering complex projects to successful completion, fostering seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams, and ultimately ensuring mission success within a demanding and rapidly evolving operational landscape.
- • As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of assigned projects. This includes developing detailed project plans, meticulously executing those plans, continuously monitoring progress against objectives, and ensuring timely and effective closure. Your efforts will directly contribute to the strategic alignment of individual projects with overarching program goals, ensuring that all deliverables meet stringent quality standards and contractual requirements.
- • You will serve as the primary project leader at the individual order level, providing clear direction, robust leadership, and unwavering support to diverse, cross-functional project teams. This leadership extends to fostering a collaborative environment where team members are empowered to contribute their best work and overcome obstacles collectively.
- • A key responsibility will be the coordination of all project activities across technical, operational, and administrative functions. - • You will be tasked with identifying and resolving technical and operational issues that may arise during project execution. This involves maintaining a close and effective liaison with key stakeholders, including government clients and internal leadership, to ensure that project operations are aligned with strategic objectives and evolving requirements. Your insights will help shape the direction and success of ongoing initiatives.
- • Proactive risk management is essential. You will be responsible for identifying potential project risks early in the lifecycle and developing and implementing comprehensive mitigation strategies to safeguard project success. This includes anticipating challenges and developing contingency plans to ensure resilience and adaptability.
- • You will be responsible for preparing detailed reports, compelling briefings, and impactful presentations. These communications will be tailored to effectively convey project status, progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and government stakeholders, ensuring they are well-informed and able to make strategic decisions.
- • You will provide strategic advice, drawing upon your extensive experience, best practices, and subject matter expertise, to project teams. This guidance will support continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
