📋 Description

• The Project Manager, Utilization Management (UM) Initiatives at CorroHealth, Inc. oversees operations implementation for new client and product implementations, managing multiple projects across clinical business lines while balancing competing priorities and ensuring timely completion.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing project plans and timelines, leading project activities, providing process improvement recommendations, coordinating client deliverables, scheduling and leading meetings, providing executive status updates, training new Operations Support Specialists and Coordinators, and maintaining training materials.
• CorroHealth builds long-term careers by investing in employee growth, leveraging leading technology and clinical expertise to help clients exceed financial health goals across the reimbursement cycle, with a mission-driven culture focused on accountability and professional development.
• In this role, the individual will gain deep expertise in healthcare operations, particularly in Hospital Utilization Management, Case Management, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), Coding, and Revenue Cycle Operations, while developing leadership skills in cross-functional project coordination and process improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of project management and/or product development experience
• 1–2+ years of healthcare project management or implementation experience
• Direct experience in Hospital Utilization Management, Case Management, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), Coding, and Revenue Cycle Operations
• Highly proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities
