  • • As a Project Manager at RingCentral, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of unified communications and contact center solutions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming how people connect globally through cloud-based collaboration tools.
  • • Your work will ensure strategic initiatives are executed efficiently, helping RingCentral maintain its position as a $2B+ leader growing at 20%+ annually by enabling seamless adoption of its UCaaS platform across enterprise clients.
  • • Day to day, you will run complex projects involving unified communications and contact center deployments in SaaS/UCaaS environments, coordinating timelines, resources, and milestones across multiple locations and stakeholders.
  • • You will create detailed rollout schedules for multi-site implementations, breaking down large initiatives into manageable tasks with realistic time and performance estimates to ensure predictability and control.
  • • You will proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks, adapting plans dynamically to keep initiatives on track while managing competing priorities without sacrificing quality or momentum.
  • • You will maintain rigorous project tracking, monitoring adherence to schedules, reporting daily, weekly, and monthly status updates, and ensuring alignment with customer expectations for delivery timelines and outcomes.
  • • You will collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, facilitate number porting from legacy carriers, and develop transparent project plans shared with both customers and internal teams to build trust and transparency.
  • • You will analyze project performance metrics to assess short- and long-term goal attainment, using data to refine processes and improve future project outcomes.
  • • You will balance project leadership with operational responsibilities, including time tracking, status documentation, and closure activities, ensuring personal accountability and follow-through on all commitments.
  • • You will act as a proactive driver of RingCentral’s current and future initiatives, contributing insights that shape product adoption strategies and service delivery excellence.
  • • You will work within a high-performing Global Service and Support Team that values innovation, customer obsession, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS landscape.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience managing projects in unified communications (UC) and contact center environments within SaaS or UCaaS platforms.
  • • Demonstrated ability to create and monitor detailed project schedules for multi-location rollouts, including accurate time and resource estimation.
  • • Strong customer-facing communication skills, with experience gathering client requirements and managing number porting processes from legacy telecom providers.
  • • Proficiency in project management tools such as Salesforce.com and Monday.com, along with advanced spreadsheet and word processing capabilities.
  • • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desired.
  • • Exceptional analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain agile and effective in fast-changing, high-pressure environments.
