đź“‹ Description
- • As a Project Specialist at CLEAResult, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission to drive a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future by facilitating energy-efficiency improvements for multifamily residential customers. Your work ensures that projects move smoothly from application to completion, directly contributing to reduced energy consumption, lower utility costs for residents, and meaningful progress toward climate goals—making your role essential to both environmental impact and community well-being.
- • You will champion contractor projects from submission through payment, providing clear, timely communication and support to ensure transparency and compliance with program standards. This includes answering program requirement questions, resolving application-specific inquiries, gathering missing information, and maintaining professional engagement with both contractors and customers to keep projects on track and aligned with utility rebate requirements.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting rigorous QA/QC reviews of rebate applications, verifying the accuracy of invoices, technical specifications, and supporting documents; processing incentive applications by confirming eligibility and project status; maintaining meticulous electronic records; and performing precise data entry in internal systems with exceptional attention to detail to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
- • You will manage multiple simultaneous projects across varying scopes and complexity levels, collaborating closely with account managers for technical support or escalations, and working in tandem with other Project Specialists to foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team environment. You’ll also assist with operational tasks, process improvements, and special assignments as needed, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
- • The team at CLEAResult operates with a people-first culture rooted in trust, accountability, and transparency, where every employee is respected and empowered to thrive regardless of role or identity. As a remote-first organization with a preference for Oregon-based candidates, you’ll join a mission-driven team dedicated to clean energy equity, supported by robust internal processes and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in energy-efficiency program administration, utility rebate processes, and contractor coordination—skills that are highly transferable and in growing demand across the sustainability sector. You’ll gain hands-on experience with data management systems, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning you for advancement into senior project coordination, program management, or sustainability analyst roles within CLEAResult or the broader clean energy industry.
