- • The Project Specialist role at Syneos Health provides essential administrative and operational support across multiple functions within the Clinical Study Unit (CSU), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling efficient clinical trial execution.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and maintaining departmental trackers, preparing raw data reports, managing logistics for new hire orientations and face-to-face meetings, serving as a subject matter expert for administrative systems, and supporting special projects aligned with CSU business needs.
- • The role involves liaison with internal and external partners such as finance, procurement, alliance managers, and vendors, particularly in areas of resourcing, financial reporting, contracting, and payments.
- • The position supports clinical trial management by tracking KPIs, identifying risks, and contributing to regional/global harmonization efforts through knowledge sharing and collaboration within a network of cluster/country-level IOS resources.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in administrative or operational support within a clinical, healthcare, or life sciences environment.
- • Proficiency in creating and maintaining reports, trackers, and correspondence using standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- • Ability to manage logistical coordination for meetings, orientations, and cross-functional initiatives.
- • Familiarity with administrative systems used in clinical study units or similar regulated environments.
- • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing financial reporting, contracting, and vendor payments.
- • Capability to act as a subject matter expert and provide backup support within a regional/global IOS network.
