- ⢠Project Specialist with Site Payments Experience Home-Based in Mexico ā a remote role supporting clinical trial operations by managing project documentation, communication, and administrative workflows to ensure study integrity and timely execution.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up, maintaining, and closing project files and study information (regulatory documents, TMF, enrollment, AEs/SAEs, site supplies, IRB re-approvals, data queries) across databases and systems; preparing and distributing meeting minutes and action items for internal and external meetings; maintaining communication between team members, site staff, Project Leads, and CRAs; providing administrative support to Project and functional leads; ensuring proper archival of study documents per guidelines; and supporting quality assurance activities including audit preparation and issue resolution.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Associates Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ⢠Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- ⢠Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and work independently
- ⢠High proficiency with full MS Office Applications
- ⢠Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills (written and spoken) with ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade
- ⢠High level of competence in English language
