• • As a Promotions Strategy Manager at Deliveroo, you will drive targeted, high-impact customer engagement by combining analytics and execution to optimize promotions and improve efficiency at scale, ensuring affordable habits across restaurants and grocers.
• • You will identify consumer cohort trends, analyze campaign results, manage end-to-end audience operations, partner with cross-functional teams to test overlapping promotions, and own weekly business reporting to deliver clear insights on performance and opportunities.
• • You will join the Global Promotions team, reporting to the Global Promotions Director, collaborating with Analytics, Product, Tech & Strategy teams to build lasting customer relationships through data-driven personalization and sustainable growth.
• • In this role, you will develop strategic pricing and promotions plans, investigate performance incidents, establish forecasting and reporting systems, and strengthen stakeholder relationships to drive measurable impact on customer lifecycle and business outcomes.
