• • As a Property & Casualty Product Manager at Assurant, you will drive the success of an assigned product portfolio by defining and delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, from concept to launch, ensuring products are viable, compliant, and market-ready.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting proactive analysis of product performance across assigned states, researching market trends and opportunities for new product ideas, utilizing rate-making and cost analysis to inform pricing decisions, and developing new product features, policy language, and positioning based on customer needs and competitive dynamics.
• • You will collaborate cross-functionally with solution owners, internal teams, and external vendors to manage product development, implementation, and go-to-market strategies, while also supporting sales and client teams through training and expert guidance during product launches and presentations.
