📋 Description

• • As a Product Manager for Heidi Health’s Comms product, you will own the strategy and roadmap for AI communication agents that automate clinical workflows such as patient calls, referral management, appointment reminders, and post-operative follow-ups across voice, SMS, and email channels.
• • Your day-to-day will involve scoping and shipping new agent capabilities from concept to production, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams, spending time in clinics to observe front-desk workflows, translating complex clinical processes into precise agent specifications, and ensuring reliability and quality across communication channels.
• • You will join a fast-growing AI health startup that has achieved product-market fit with its AI medical scribe, now supporting over 2 million patient sessions weekly across 116 countries and 110 languages, with a mission to strengthen the human connection in healthcare by reducing administrative burden on clinicians.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare operations, AI agent design, and cross-functional product leadership, with the opportunity to ship impactful features quickly, build direct relationships with clinic staff, and see your work directly improve patient and clinician experiences in real-world settings.
