- • The Proposal Manager leads the end-to-end development of winning proposals for government and commercial contracts, directly supporting TrueZero Technologies’ mission to deliver top-tier services through people-first innovation and operational excellence.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing proposal timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams (technical, pricing, legal, and past performance), ensuring compliance with RFP requirements, drafting and editing persuasive narrative sections, and overseeing final submission quality and packaging.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, or related field
- • 3+ years of experience managing proposal development for government or commercial contracts
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools (e.g., VT Docs, Expedience, or similar)
