  • • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for licensed therapists, psychologists, and clinical social workers, guiding them from initial contact through contracting, credentialing, and first patient assignment.
  • • Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations, Credentialing, and Care Coordination teams to align on clinician capacity needs and ensure timely onboarding timelines are met.
  • • Track and analyze key onboarding metrics including response rate, conversion rate, onboarding duration, and provider ramp-up progress to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
  • • Proactively identify, engage, and nurture relationships with qualified mental health providers across Sailor Health’s target states to grow and sustain the clinician pipeline.
  • • Verify completeness and compliance of all provider documentation, ensuring adherence to Sailor Health’s standards and regulatory requirements.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clinicians, providing timely responses to questions and fostering a supportive, welcoming experience from day one.
  • • Enhance the provider onboarding experience by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce friction, and improve satisfaction through human-centered design.
  • • Build and maintain systems to automate repetitive tasks, increase operational efficiency, and scale onboarding without compromising quality or personalization.
  • • Monitor provider feedback and operational data to surface insights that inform improvements in recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and onboarding systems, ensuring data integrity across all stages of the provider lifecycle.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving company priorities, regulatory changes, and market demands in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • • Balance empathy and execution by delivering compassionate support to clinicians while meeting aggressive operational targets and deadlines.
  • • Contribute to the development of onboarding playbooks, templates, and training materials to standardize processes and enable team scalability.
  • • Stay informed about mental health licensing requirements and credentialing standards across U.S. states to ensure compliance and accuracy in provider onboarding.
  • • Participate in team meetings, feedback sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to refine the provider experience and operational workflows.

  • • Proven experience in provider onboarding, clinical recruiting, or healthcare operations
  • • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • • Experience tracking and analyzing operational metrics to drive process improvements
  • • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals
  • • Familiarity with credentialing processes, licensing requirements, or healthcare compliance standards
  • • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with evolving processes
