• • The Provider Operations Sr. Associate - Inbound Data Management role is foundational to Devoted Health’s mission of delivering accurate provider data to support member care and strategic decisions. This position ensures data integrity in a complex, evolving environment by managing workflows, leveraging AI tools, and driving process improvements.
• • Day to day, the associate will manage inbound data work queues for provider onboarding, terminations, and member notifications; maintain and optimize AI-enabled workflows by evaluating agent performance; oversee offshore team data operations; develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); identify bottlenecks through trend analysis; and serve as a subject matter expert on provider data accuracy while collaborating with Claims, Network, and Delegated Operations teams.
