- • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective pediatric practices, healthcare systems, and community organizations across North Carolina to drive referrals and admissions for Emora Health’s virtual behavioral health services.
- • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and in-person meetings to establish and nurture relationships with referral partners in the pediatric and broader healthcare community.
- • Travel regularly throughout North Carolina to meet with providers, attend local healthcare events, and represent Emora Health as a trusted brand ambassador in the field.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for referral partners, ensuring seamless communication, timely follow-up, and high levels of partner satisfaction.
- • Collaborate with internal teams including clinical, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth implementation of new partnerships and alignment with care delivery standards.
- • Gather real-time feedback from providers and community stakeholders to inform service improvements, identify unmet needs, and guide the expansion of Emora Health’s care offerings.
- • Translate community-driven insights into actionable recommendations to shape product development and growth strategy for pediatric mental health services.
- • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, pipeline progress, and referral metrics using company CRM and reporting tools.
- • Represent Emora Health at regional healthcare conferences, provider networking events, and community outreach initiatives to increase visibility and credibility.
- • Drive revenue growth by exceeding referral and admission targets tied to performance-based compensation.
- • Act as an entrepreneurial member of a fast-growing team, adapting quickly to evolving market conditions and contributing to the foundational growth of the company’s provider network in North Carolina.

- • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a growth-focused role
- • Proven success in exceeding revenue targets and building long-term partnerships
- • Comfortable with frequent travel and energized by field-based work

🏖️ Benefits
- • Base salary of $70,000–$80,000

- • On-target earnings (OTE) of $95,000–$105,000 tied to performance and value created
