- • The Provider Performance/Analytics Program Manager will support and lead high-impact, enterprise-level programs that improve provider quality performance and patient outcomes through data-driven strategies, digital health solutions, and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service levels, developing improvement strategies, managing multiple projects through the full lifecycle, utilizing project management tools, maintaining documentation, communicating project status to stakeholders, negotiating resources, leading cross-functional meetings, and providing functional and technical expertise on program requirements.
- • The role is part of Centene Corporation, a diversified national organization transforming community health for 28 million members, with a focus on value-based care and measurable ROI through partnerships with executive leadership, quality, analytics, IT, and provider-facing teams.
