Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Be the architect of provider transformation: As the Provider Strategy Lead, you will own the end-to-end provider engagement strategy for Humata Health’s flagship national payer innovation initiative. Your mission is to turn complex prior-authorization workflows into friction-free, AI-powered experiences that delight providers, accelerate patient access, and reduce administrative burden.
- • Own the provider relationship lifecycle: From first handshake through full-scale adoption, you will design and execute engagement roadmaps for health systems, medical groups, and independent practices. You’ll map stakeholder hierarchies, craft tailored messaging, and orchestrate multi-channel touchpoints that keep clinical and administrative leaders informed, energized, and committed.
- • Translate strategy into operational reality: You will convert high-level transformation goals into concrete workflow changes—EHR build requirements, staff training curricula, policy clarifications, and performance dashboards—ensuring every provider site can operationalize AI-enabled prior authorization without disrupting patient care.
- • Serve as the voice of the provider inside Humata Health: By synthesizing field insights, pain points, and success stories, you will influence product roadmaps, clinical policy updates, and engineering priorities. You’ll run structured feedback loops—surveys, focus groups, user councils—and present findings to executives so provider needs shape every release.
- • Drive measurable adoption and impact: Define KPIs (e.g., prior-auth turnaround time, provider NPS, appeal rates) and build reporting cadences that track progress against contractual milestones. When metrics slip, you’ll diagnose root causes and launch targeted interventions—additional training, workflow tweaks, or policy clarifications—to get implementations back on track.
- • Champion change management at scale: Develop playbooks, toolkits, and certification programs that enable provider teams to self-serve during rollout waves. You’ll partner with marketing and clinical teams to create webinars, e-learning modules, and on-site workshops that demystify AI decision logic and build trust in new processes.
- • Navigate complex regulatory and compliance terrain: Ensure every provider engagement activity—from data sharing agreements to staff training materials—meets HIPAA, state privacy, and payer policy requirements. You’ll collaborate with legal, compliance, and security teams to draft BAAs, consent language, and audit documentation.
- • Collaborate across the ecosystem: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with payer network management, EHR vendors, clearinghouses, and health-tech integrators to align incentives, resolve technical blockers, and unlock interoperability. Your ability to translate between clinical, technical, and business stakeholders will be critical to seamless data exchange.
- • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement: Introduce Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to provider sites, facilitating rapid-cycle PDSA tests that refine AI models and workflow design. Celebrate quick wins publicly to maintain momentum and secure executive sponsorship for deeper transformation phases.
- • Represent Humata Health externally: Speak at industry conferences, contribute to white papers, and join payer-provider forums to evangelize AI-driven utilization management best practices. Your thought leadership will position Humata Health as the go-to partner for modernizing prior authorization nationwide.
