📋 Description
- • As a Technical Product Manager, Senior at Lyric (formerly ClaimsXten), you will drive the strategy, development, and management of pre-pay products that prevent inaccurate payments and reduce waste in the healthcare ecosystem, directly contributing to lower healthcare costs for payers, providers, and patients.
- • Day to day, you will conduct market research, define product features, create and prioritize roadmaps, collaborate with engineering and design teams, manage the full product lifecycle, ensure compliance with HIPAA and PCI-DSS, monitor key metrics, and serve as an internal and external product evangelist.
- • You will join a market-leading healthcare technology company with 35 years of pre-pay editing expertise, recognized as 2025 Best in KLAS for Pre-Payment Accuracy and Integrity, HI-TRUST and SOC2 certified, and a recipient of the 2025 CandE Award for Candidate Experience.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare payment integrity, strengthen cross-functional leadership skills, influence product strategy at scale, and gain experience bringing AI-powered healthcare solutions to market while advancing your career in a mission-driven, innovative environment.

- • 8+ years of experience in Product Management
