- • Develop and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with fabricators, installers, kitchen and bath dealers, interior designers, builders, remodelers, architects, and key influencers within the assigned territory in Wisconsin.
- • Actively participate in industry associations such as the National Kitchen and Bath Association and International Interior Design Association to network and drive sales growth.
- • Proactively plan and schedule sales calls with local business partners to maximize market penetration and sales performance.
- • Create and execute quarterly and annual territory sales plans to guide efforts, track progress, and align strategies with department leadership.
- • Accurately collect, update, and manage customer information using Salesforce to ensure data integrity and sales pipeline visibility.
- • Maintain high levels of business, financial, and industry expertise to provide informed advice that benefits both Cambria and its partners.
- • Deliver product samples to customers and update product libraries with all Cambria designs, marketing materials, and contact information.
- • Present comprehensive product knowledge, attributes, and differentiators to business partners to educate them on Cambria’s value, quality, and brand history.
- • Stay current on industry standards, regulatory codes, and market changes to provide accurate, compliant guidance to customers.
- • Utilize all company-sponsored social media channels to promote the Cambria brand and product offerings.
- • Build and sustain a consistent, professional presence in the local market through daily customer interactions, including meals and events outside standard business hours.
- • Travel up to 90% within the assigned territory to meet with new and existing customers; attend trade shows, industry events, and training sessions in Minnesota (10% of travel).
- • Submit timely and accurate expense reports for reimbursement of business-related travel and activities.
- • Maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds to deliver samples and trade show materials.
- • Work independently from a home office in Eau Claire, WI, with the flexibility to extend hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnight stays as needed.
- • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and fiscal responsibility in all customer interactions and business practices.
- • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, showing self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and exceptional follow-through.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, or interior design
- • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with Salesforce and Concur preferred
- • Must reside in Eau Claire, WI and work out of a home office
- • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 90% locally
- • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
