- • Perform field service operations including installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of Ambr systems to ensure optimal customer performance and satisfaction.
- • Conduct on-site diagnostics of technical malfunctions and determine appropriate corrective actions to restore system functionality.
- • Execute all service tasks in compliance with company field procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- • Generate timely, accurate, and detailed service reports documenting work performed, parts used, and system status.
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation of service processes, equipment configurations, and customer-specific requirements.
- • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently while traveling to customer sites across Spain and Portugal.
- • Utilize mobile tools and field automation systems to manage service dispatches, track work orders, and update service records in real time.
- • Collaborate with internal technical teams to share insights, escalate complex issues, and improve service delivery processes.
- • Interpret customer needs and provide clear technical briefings or recommendations to enhance system utilization and customer outcomes.
- • Adapt to flexible work schedules and be available for on-call duties or emergency service dispatches as required.
- • Travel extensively throughout Spain and Portugal to serve a broad customer base, with primary operational focus in the north-east region (Bilbao, San Sebastián, Burgos, etc.).
- • Ensure all service activities align with Sartorius’s mission to accelerate the development of life-saving therapeutics through reliable technical support.
- • Maintain professional conduct and uphold Sartorius’s reputation for excellence in customer service and technical expertise.
🎯 Requirements
- • Technical degree or certification
- • 2+ years proven field service experience
- • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- • English literacy
- • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
- • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
