  • • Provide evidence-based psychiatric care via live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up sessions as a contracted provider with Lyra Clinical Associates.
  • • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess patient needs, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • • Manage medication regimens for patients with psychiatric disorders, including monitoring efficacy, side effects, and adjusting dosages as clinically indicated.
  • • Deliver culturally responsive care that acknowledges and respects the diverse backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences of patients from varied racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and ability groups.
  • • Collaborate within Lyra’s integrated network to refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services, ensuring holistic, whole-person, and whole-family mental health support.
  • • Utilize Lyra’s AI-powered platform, Lyra Empower, to streamline scheduling, documentation, and patient matching, reducing administrative burdens associated with self-promotion and practice management.
  • • Engage in ongoing clinical consultation and training opportunities provided by Lyra to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.
  • • Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and legal standards for psychiatric practice in the state of Pennsylvania and under Lyra’s provider guidelines.
  • • Serve a diverse patient population with varying mental health needs, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and psychosis.
  • • Deliver care that aligns with Lyra’s mission of accessible, high-quality, and cost-efficient mental health services, contributing to outcomes where nine out of ten patients show improvement.
  • • Operate as an independent contractor with flexibility in scheduling while adhering to Lyra’s clinical protocols and quality standards.
  • • Participate in Lyra’s provider network, which includes both in-person and virtual care delivery models, with appointments conducted remotely via secure video platform.
  • • Contribute to Lyra’s goal of reducing barriers to mental health access by enabling patients to receive care within one day of request.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Valid, unrestricted medical license to practice psychiatry in the state of Pennsylvania
  • • Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
  • • Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management in a clinical setting
  • • Ability to deliver culturally responsive care to diverse patient populations
  • • Reliable internet connection and private, HIPAA-compliant space for conducting virtual appointments
  • • Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099)
