- • Provide evidence-based psychiatric care through live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up sessions as a contracted provider with Lyra Clinical Associates.
- • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess patient needs, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- • Manage medication regimens for patients with mental health disorders, including prescribing, adjusting, and monitoring pharmacological treatments.
- • Deliver culturally responsive care that acknowledges and respects the diverse backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences of patients across the United States.
- • Collaborate within Lyra’s integrated network to refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services, ensuring holistic, whole-person, and whole-family mental health support.
- • Utilize Lyra’s AI-powered provider platform to streamline scheduling, documentation, and patient matching, reducing administrative burdens and allowing greater focus on clinical work.
- • Engage in ongoing clinical consultation and training opportunities provided by Lyra to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.
- • Work with a diverse patient population spanning a wide range of ages, cultural contexts, socioeconomic statuses, and mental health needs, including those with complex or co-occurring conditions.
- • Operate within a fully virtual care model, delivering services remotely via secure video platform without requiring in-person office visits.
- • Maintain compliance with all clinical, legal, and ethical standards for psychiatric practice in the states where patients are located.
- • Participate in Lyra’s quality assurance and outcomes measurement processes to support continuous improvement in clinical effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
- • Leverage Lyra’s technology infrastructure to access real-time patient data, care coordination tools, and clinical decision support resources designed to enhance treatment outcomes.
- • Join a provider network committed to improving access to mental health care, with patients receiving care within one day of requesting services.
- • Focus on patient care without the need for self-promotion, marketing, or practice management tasks typically required in private practice.
- • Contribute to Lyra’s mission of delivering unmatched clinical outcomes through scalable, technology-enabled mental health services supported by over 35 peer-reviewed studies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Valid, unrestricted medical license to practice psychiatry in the United States
- • Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry
- • Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management in a clinical setting
- • Ability to deliver care via telehealth platforms with reliable internet and private space for confidential sessions
- • Commitment to culturally responsive care and working with diverse patient populations
- • Willingness to comply with Lyra’s clinical protocols, documentation standards, and quality metrics
