- • Provide evidence-based psychiatric care through live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up sessions as a contracted provider with Lyra Clinical Associates.
- • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess patient needs, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- • Manage medication regimens for patients with mental health disorders, including prescribing, adjusting, and monitoring pharmacological interventions.
- • Deliver culturally-responsive care to individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring treatment plans account for cultural, linguistic, and social factors impacting mental health.
- • Collaborate within Lyra’s integrated provider network to refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services, enabling whole-person, whole-family mental health care.
- • Utilize Lyra Empower, the AI-powered platform, to streamline scheduling, documentation, and patient matching, reducing administrative burdens and allowing focus on clinical work.
- • Work within a structured, technology-supported system that eliminates the need for self-promotion, marketing, or manual scheduling responsibilities.
- • Engage in ongoing clinical consultation and training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices in psychiatric care.
- • Serve a broad patient population with varying mental health needs, abilities, and lived experiences, ensuring equitable and accessible care delivery.
- • Maintain compliance with clinical standards and documentation requirements set by Lyra Health to ensure high-quality, measurable outcomes in patient care.
- • Participate in a network of providers committed to improving access to mental health services, with patients receiving care within one day of request.

🎯 Requirements
- • Licensed to practice psychiatry in the United States
- • Active DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances
- • Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- • Ability to deliver care via telehealth video platforms

- • Availability to conduct 60-minute video appointments on a flexible schedule
