- • Provide evidence-based psychiatric care through live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up sessions as a contracted provider with Lyra Clinical Associates.
- • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess patient needs, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- • Manage medication regimens for patients with mental health disorders, including prescribing, adjusting, and monitoring pharmacological interventions.
- • Deliver culturally-responsive care to individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring treatment plans account for cultural, social, and experiential factors influencing mental health.
- • Collaborate within Lyra’s integrated provider network to refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services, enabling whole-person, whole-family mental health care.
- • Utilize Lyra Empower, the AI-powered platform, to streamline clinical workflows, access patient data, and coordinate care with other providers in the network.
- • Operate as an independent contractor with flexibility in scheduling while benefiting from Lyra’s automated scheduling, billing, and administrative support systems.
- • Engage in ongoing clinical consultation and training opportunities provided by Lyra to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in psychiatric care.
- • Serve a broad patient population with varying mental health needs, abilities, and backgrounds, contributing to Lyra’s mission of accessible, high-quality mental health care.
- • Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and legal standards for psychiatric practice in the state of Delaware and under Lyra’s provider guidelines.
- • Participate in Lyra’s quality assurance and outcomes measurement processes to support continuous improvement in clinical effectiveness and patient outcomes.
- • Work remotely from a location within Delaware, with all patient interactions conducted via secure video platform; no in-person office visits required.
- • Join a network of over 100 million individuals served through Lyra’s employer and health plan partnerships, contributing to clinically validated outcomes and improved patient access.

🎯 Requirements
- • Valid, unrestricted medical license to practice psychiatry in the state of Delaware
- • Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
- • Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management in a clinical setting
- • Proficiency in conducting telehealth sessions via secure video platforms
- • Commitment to delivering culturally-responsive, patient-centered mental health care
- • Ability to independently manage a caseload and comply with clinical documentation standards
