- • As a Purchase to Pay Intern at Signify, you will support the finance team by managing invoice processing tasks such as receiving, verifying, scanning, and archiving vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely posting in line with financial controls.
- • Day to day, you will check and verify invoice copies, write GL, CC, and PO numbers on invoices, scan hardcopies, send scanned invoices to designated mailboxes, stamp and archive documents, and resolve queries from suppliers and the posting team.
- • You will work closely with PTP Specialists and serve as a single point of contact for business users, providing support and addressing concerns related to invoice processing and procurement workflows.

🎯 Requirements
- • Fresh Graduate or 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable process
- • Commerce Graduate with experience in Invoice handling
- • Ability to read and interpret documents such as vendor invoices, instructions, and procedure manuals
- • Awareness and Knowledge on Basic Financial Accounting
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service mentality
- • Strong interpersonal skill to interact with Management, Stakeholder, and peers effectively
