- • Sell UiPath’s Enterprise Automation Platform to SLED (State, Local, Education) government entities, driving adoption through consultative sales approaches
- • Develop and nurture executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders within SLED organizations to identify automation opportunities
- • Lead outbound prospecting and lead generation efforts to expand the SLED customer base
- • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through negotiation, closing, and invoicing
- • Partner with sales engineers, customer success, developers, and partner managers to deliver integrated solutions aligned with client needs
- • Accurately forecast sales opportunities using realistic assessments and maintain high standards of Salesforce CRM hygiene
- • Exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic account management and pipeline development
- • Demonstrate deep understanding of client pain points and articulate how UiPath’s automation solutions deliver measurable ROI
- • Challenge clients to rethink operational workflows by presenting innovative automation use cases tailored to public sector needs
- • Maintain strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple active deals, meet deadlines, and manage administrative tasks efficiently
- • Communicate complex technical value propositions clearly and persuasively through verbal and written channels
- • Leverage analytical thinking to assess customer environments, identify automation candidates, and build compelling business cases

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience selling enterprise software
- • Recent, proven experience selling to SLED (State, Local, Education) government sector
- • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in consultative B2B environments
- • Must be authorized to work in the United States
- • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and CRM systems
- • Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing
