📋 Description

• Python Developer - AI Trainer role focused on designing and evaluating realistic software engineering tasks for AI training purposes
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing multi-file coding tasks, implementing bug fixes and features, writing specifications, developing test suites, and reviewing peer submissions for quality and accuracy
• Anyone AI Inc. is a remote-first company recruiting skilled backend developers as project consultants to contribute to AI training data creation
• Opportunity to work on impactful AI training projects while developing expertise in task design, code evaluation, and AI-assisted software engineering workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
• Backend or full‑stack development experience in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases
