📋 Description

• Python Developer role focused on designing and evaluating realistic software engineering tasks for a leading AI lab project, contributing to the creation of high-quality coding scenarios and peer review processes.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing multi-file coding tasks for bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing; writing clear natural-language specifications and reference implementations; developing unit and integration test suites; reviewing peer-generated tasks for correctness and realism; identifying edge cases and failure modes; and ensuring alignment between specifications, code, and expected outputs.
• Anyone AI Inc. is a remote-first company collaborating with a leading AI lab to advance AI training through expert human evaluation of software engineering capabilities.
• This role offers the opportunity to shape AI evaluation standards, deepen expertise in full-stack development and test design, and contribute to cutting-edge AI research through practical, production-realistic task creation.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
• Backend or full‑stack development experience in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases
• Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations
