- • As a Python Engineer Team Lead at SplitMetrics Inc., you will take full ownership of planning and delivering platform roadmap items while leading backend engineers to ensure predictable delivery and technical excellence in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of backend engineering experience with proven expertise in distributed systems design
- • 2+ years in a technical leadership role (e.g., team lead, senior engineer mentoring others)
- • Strong track record in planning, estimating, and delivering complex projects under pressure
- • Deep understanding of performance optimization, scalability principles, and system reliability
- • Confidence in making high-impact technical decisions with business consequences
- • B1+ English proficiency for effective collaboration in a global remote team
