📋 Description

• • As a QA Analyst at Varicent Software Inc., you will play a critical role in upholding the highest standards of excellence for the Incentive product by ensuring consistency, reliability, and superior user experience through systematic testing and proactive issue resolution.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include testing new features, logging defects, validating defect fixes, performing functional and regression testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, raising quality concerns, delivering timely testing estimates, and ensuring a great customer experience.
• • You will join a multidisciplinary, agile team of cloud engineers, developers, designers, and business professionals at Varicent, a market leader in Sales Performance Management (SPM) recognized by Forrester, Gartner, Ventana Research, and G2, trusted by global industry leaders such as T-Mobile, ServiceNow, and Moody’s.
• • In this role, you will grow your expertise in software testing methodologies, Agile environments, bug tracking tools, test case writing, SQL, REST APIs, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to best-in-class product releases and gaining exposure to a global, innovative culture.
