📋 Description

• As a QA Engineer at Exadel Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of cutting-edge tokenization systems, smart contracts, and crypto asset functionalities. • Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously design, develop, execute, and document comprehensive manual and automated test plans and test cases. This involves a deep dive into the intricacies of tokenization systems, the logic embedded within smart contracts, and the secure handling of crypto assets, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and security.
• You will be tasked with testing end-to-end interactions across complex distributed systems. This includes validating the seamless communication between various components, ensuring the integrity of APIs, the robust functionality of blockchain elements, and the reliable operation of supporting services. Your testing will cover the entire ecosystem, from user interfaces to backend infrastructure.
• A key aspect of this role is active participation in agile ceremonies. You will be a champion for a quality-first mindset, proactively identifying potential issues and collaborating with the team to implement solutions early in the development lifecycle. Your insights will be crucial in maintaining agility and delivering high-quality software iteratively.
• Collaboration is at the heart of this position. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and architects to thoroughly understand project requirements, identify potential risks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development and testing processes. • You will provide critical support during release cycles, closely monitoring system behavior in production environments. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst / Tester in software development environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
• Familiarity with smart contracts and development tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, or Remix, indicating an understanding of blockchain development ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of various testing types, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, with the ability to apply these effectively.
• Hands-on experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger, showcasing proficiency in API validation techniques.
• Fluent English proficiency for clear documentation, effective communication, and participation in technical discussions with international teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, a curious mindset, and excellent communication skills, enabling you to dissect complex problems and articulate findings.
