• • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on delivering cutting-edge web applications powered by Generative AI (GenAI). This is a full-time, remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within India.
• • As a QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the quality engineering strategy for our innovative products. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining robust test automation frameworks, ensuring the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance for our web applications.
• • You will be instrumental in driving an automation-first quality culture, collaborating closely with engineering and product management teams to integrate comprehensive testing strategies throughout the development lifecycle.
• • A key responsibility will be the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of a scalable Playwright automation framework. This framework will be the backbone of our end-to-end testing efforts, enabling dependable validation of complex application workflows.
• • You will be tasked with creating and maintaining automated end-to-end tests that cover intricate scenarios, including multi-user interactions and file-based operations, significantly reducing reliance on manual regression testing.
• • Your expertise will be crucial in establishing and enforcing best practices for test design, structure, reporting, and long-term maintainability of automated test suites.
• • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work hand-in-hand with software engineers and product managers to enhance product quality, improve testability, and expand test coverage across all features.
• • A significant part of your contribution will involve integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that continuous validation of application functionality is a seamless part of our development process.
• • You will be expected to champion modern software development practices, including agile methodologies and continuous testing, to foster an environment of rapid iteration and high-quality output.

• • Experience with FastAPI and Swagger for API testing will be essential, ensuring the robustness of our backend services.
• • Familiarity with Git and contemporary version control workflows is a must, enabling effective collaboration within a distributed team.
• • You will also be involved in integrating automated testing with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, streamlining our deployment and release processes.
• • This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently while being an integral part of a distributed team.
• • We are looking for individuals who are comfortable in a startup or fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to quality assurance.
• • While not strictly required, experience in environments focused on AI/ML or GenAI products would be highly advantageous, given the nature of the applications you will be testing.
• • Familiarity with test reporting and observability tools commonly used in automated testing frameworks will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.
