• • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the unwavering quality and reliability of both our sophisticated web application and the cutting-edge AI-assisted decision logic that underpins our transformative solutions. Your primary accountability will be to rigorously validate application behavior, AI model outputs, and automated recommendations. This validation will be benchmarked against historical data, meticulously defined business rules, and complex financial logic, ensuring accuracy and credibility.
• • You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Solutions Architects, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Full Stack Engineers. Together, you will architect and implement robust automated test frameworks. A key challenge and focus of this role will be developing sophisticated methods to verify non-deterministic AI outputs in a repeatable, production-ready manner, pushing the boundaries of traditional QA practices.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive design and ongoing maintenance of automated test coverage across multiple layers of our technology stack. This includes APIs, intricate front-end workflows, complex data pipelines, and the core decision-engine behavior, all aimed at supporting rapid, reliable, and high-quality software delivery.
• • You will conduct thorough testing of the web application, focusing on critical user journeys. This involves validating planner workflows, analyzing tabular outputs and visualizations, ensuring seamless authentication and role-based access, and assessing general usability under realistic operating conditions.
• • A significant aspect of your role will be building advanced automated evaluation frameworks specifically designed for non-deterministic AI outputs. You will leverage scenario libraries, define expected-behavior rules, and establish regression baselines to accurately assess output quality at scale, ensuring our AI systems perform as intended.
• • You will meticulously validate AI model recommendations by comparing them against historical baselines and carefully constructed comparison scenarios. This ensures that the system consistently produces credible, explainable, and trustworthy outputs.
• • Testing the intricate allocation logic, robust exception handling, identification of edge cases, and the precise behavior of business rules will be crucial. This ensures that the recommendations generated by our AI remain valid and reliable even under real-world operational constraints and complexities.
• • You will be responsible for verifying that all savings calculations, cost deltas, and value-realization outputs reconcile cleanly and accurately against agreed-upon baselines and reporting logic, providing clear financial validation.
• • Ultimately, you will own the entire defect tracking process, ensuring comprehensive test evidence is documented, maintaining robust regression coverage, and providing critical release sign-off. This ownership guarantees that our platform is safe, auditable, reviewable, and fully prepared for deployment and use by our clients.
