• • As a QA Engineer at Soulside AI, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of an AI-powered clinical documentation platform that reduces clinician burnout by cutting documentation time by 80%, directly impacting patient care quality and provider efficiency.
• • You will own the quality of a fast-evolving product where your testing efforts ensure AI-generated clinical notes are accurate, secure, and compliant, enabling behavioral health professionals to focus on patients rather than paperwork.
• • Test Planning & Case Design: Create detailed, well-structured test cases and comprehensive test suites covering functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios for AI-powered features, ensuring all user workflows are thoroughly validated before release.
• • End-to-End Testing: Take full ownership of manual testing for web-based clinical dashboards, validating complex workflows such as audio recording, AI note generation, and user interactions to ensure flawless performance across devices and browsers.
• • Automation Growth: Design and implement automated test scripts for critical user paths using modern frameworks like Cypress or Playwright, reducing manual effort and increasing test coverage for frequent releases in a CI/CD pipeline.
• • API Validation: Test backend integrations and data states using tools like Postman to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems, validating data integrity, response times, and error handling under various conditions.
• • Compliance & Accuracy: Validate that AI-generated clinical notes meet strict compliance criteria, including accuracy of medical terminology, proper formatting, and adherence to clinical documentation standards, working closely with product and clinical teams.
• • Bug Lifecycle Management: Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking systems, providing clear, reproducible steps and collaborating with developers to prioritize fixes and verify resolutions without introducing regressions.
• • Release Readiness: Perform smoke and sanity testing before every feature release to maintain a stable production environment, ensuring new functionality does not break existing features and that deployments are safe and reliable.
