- • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the liquidity mechanisms that are the lifeblood of our trading operations. Your expertise will directly impact the stability and efficiency of our platform, ensuring that our users can execute trades with confidence and that our market-making activities are robust and responsive.
- • You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases specifically tailored to our liquidity systems. This includes, but is not limited to, testing order book functionality, trade execution, price discovery mechanisms, slippage control, and the overall health of our trading pairs.
- • Collaborate closely with our talented engineering, product, and trading teams to understand the intricacies of our liquidity infrastructure, identify potential risks, and define testing strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- • Conduct in-depth analysis of test results, identify defects, and work proactively with developers to resolve issues, ensuring that all liquidity-related features meet the highest standards of quality and performance before deployment.
- • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to enhance the efficiency and coverage of our testing processes, particularly for high-frequency trading scenarios and complex liquidity algorithms.
- • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design reviews to deployment and post-release monitoring, providing crucial quality assurance input at every stage.
- • Monitor and analyze real-time trading data and liquidity metrics to proactively identify anomalies, performance bottlenecks, or potential risks within the system.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA methodologies, tools, and processes, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in both QA and the cryptocurrency space.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a QA Engineer, with a strong focus on financial systems, trading platforms, or cryptocurrency exchanges.
- • Solid understanding of financial market concepts, including order books, market making, liquidity, slippage, and trade execution.
- • Experience in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software systems.
- • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) for test automation.
- • Familiarity with API testing and tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
- • Experience with database querying (SQL) for data validation and analysis.
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
